Shipping and Delivery

Currently, Autumn Aire ships merchandise to only locations within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Autumn Aire reserves the right to choose which shipping carrier it will use. Also, whenever possible we will combine shipping of multiple items. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the item has been shipped. (Please add us to your contacts so you don’t miss an email response from us.) The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is recorded delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

ANY ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING POLICY – If your item arrives damaged during shipping, I must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving your package. You must send photos of the shipping box and any damage to the item so that I can deal with the US Postal Service directly. You are responsible for all return costs for any item, except items damaged during shipping.

Limited Edition Signed Artwork Policy – Due to the nature of Limited Edition Signed Artwork, I can only offer refunds on damaged Prints due to shipping. If the prints were damaged during shipping, I must be notified within 48 hours after you receive your package. You must send photos of the shipping box and any damage to the prints so that I can deal with the US Postal Service directly. Limited Edition Signed Artwork is exempt from the Just-don’t-want-it policy below.

Just Don’t Want It Policy – If your item (NOT Limited Edition Signed Art Prints), was not damaged during shipping, but you just want to send it back, I offer full refunds if you notify me within 10 days of receipt of your purchase for all items EXCEPT Limited Edition Signed Art Prints. You are responsible for all return costs for any item, except items damaged during shipping.

Please email [email protected], attach any photos needed or make any comments; or to obtain a return authorization. I want you to be excited and happy with your purchase, so if you buy it but don’t like it, or it doesn’t fit, send it back to me in its original packaging within 10 days of the recorded delivery, and email me a tracking number, and once I receive the item, I will happily and promptly refund your money. Please note that I do not pay return shipping costs. If you have any questions, try to ask them before ordering. I will do my very best to make sure you are confident about your purchase.

Product Warranties Policy

Because a lot of what we are selling is in either vintage, antique, or a reproduction of something vintage or antique, it is probably in a state of delicacy or repair and will show signs of wear and age. Also, It will be in the items description if the item is in “working” order or not and if it is for decorative or collective purposes only. Vintage laces and trims used in our clothing line may have minor defects and if so, I will do my best to point them out in the description. If an item is up cycled, it will have any necessary information in the description. All items are sold “As-Is” and hold no warranty.
